Fish Duo (Medium)

Excavated from the Green River formation in Wyoming, this specimen contains a duo of fossilised fish, most likely Knightia, an extinct genus of clupeid bony fish that lived in the freshwater lakes and rivers of North America and Asia during the Eocene epoch, 35-50 million years ago.
